Introducing: Ice Cream Cake!

This cute little guy was our initial collaboration with Parfait Gourmet Ice Cream (www.parfaiticecream.com). It featured our chocolate cake filled with their mint stracciatella ice cream, a whipped cream frosting and luscious ganache poured liberally over the top. Like a brownie sundae, in cake form! It's pretty much gauranteed to be the best thing you've ever eaten and it's coming to our menu, available for order, very soon.
